Are tickets subject to a fee?
Tickets for the Crème Fraîche event are free of charge.

When will the tickets be released?
Tickets are scheduled to be released around February 13. The ticketing link will be published on our official website.

Do participants have to be present at the event?
At least one participant per clip or script should attend the event. If participants are unable to attend the event themselves, they are asked to organise a representative.

Yes, all participants need a ticket. The organisers do not provide tickets for the participants.

Do you need a ticket for the Crème Fraîche event?
Yes, you cannot attend the event without a ticket.

How are the winners in the ‘Crème Surprise’ category determined?
The winners will be determined by the audience during the event.

How will the winners in the ‘Hotel Fraîche’ and ‘Zenario+’ categories be determined?
An independent jury will determine the winners in these two categories.

Is there a limit on the number of tickets per order?
Yes, each order is limited to a maximum of 4 tickets.

What is the minimum age requirement for attending the event?
Attendees must be 12 years of age or older.

When will the award ceremony be held?
The award ceremony is part of the event and will take place on 7 March at 2.30 p.m.

The event will take place at Kinepolis Kirchberg.

The awards and prizes will be announced in autumn.

Zenario+: Is the winner also the director of the movie?
No, the organizers decide who will be the director but the winners will always be implicated in the process.
